US visa application updates
Following by the court order issued by Judge James Robart on Feb. 3, nationals from the seven countries that have a valid visa are allowed to enter the United States with normal entry examination.
The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco rejected Trump’s request for an emergency stay of Judge James Robart’s ruling, which suspended the Executive Order 13769, on Saturday while setting deadline for today 3PM to submit the new briefs. We will keep you updated on the result of the appeal hearing.
Another update is that, US Department of State has announced that they have now resumed processing of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications and will start scheduling appointments. Here is a link to the announcement of US DOS for your reference:

Further to that, US Mission in Turkey released information regarding immigrant visa applicants. Those who had been scheduled an interview for Feb. 6 and afterwards can attend their interview even if the US embassy informed them the interview has been canceled.
